THE STORY
A finals push that looked finished
On June 6, a 4–0 loss to Holland Park completed five straight defeats. Bribie had seven points from 12 games, a −25 goal difference and sat eighth. Dennis had scored only twice across those five losses.
That stretch produced just three Bribie goals and 19 conceded. Instead of ending their season, it became the point where everything changed.

The shape of the run is just as striking as the total. Dennis did not chip away with a goal here and there. Five of the eight games produced a hat-trick or better.
The only match in the run in which Dennis did not score was the 1–1 draw away to Oxley. Bribie still found a way to take a point. In every other game, his lowest return was two.

Dennis' 24 goals are the headline, but their value is in the results: wins over Teviot, North Lakes, ACU, Holland Park and Brighton, plus a vital point at Oxley.
